2010....onwards

My life as a painter started largely after my return from Europe  (2009-11) and having both a wealth and saturation of visual  experience where I came into  contact with Illuminated Manuscripts and small miniatures and started to find ways to express these experiences. My work is relatively small in scale.

Having spent a lot of time in country NSW I became interested in the dichotomy between the organic nature of the landscape and the strange industrial clustering of Silos (and occasionally other images) So my painting interests took off and since then I have painted almost every day I am home.  The images in this site are a very small selection of my work.
